You will need
- 100g of frozen mango
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- Handful of spinach, approx. 40g
- 200ml of Cartwright & Butler Apple Juice
- 1 small, ripe banana
Green Apple, Mango & Kiwi Smoothie
Fresh, delicious and easy.
To make the smoothie
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
- If the smoothie is a little thick, simply loosen by blitzing in a little water.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
